ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 2:00 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 am.

RESERVATION

Your reservation is fixed after receiving a reservation confirmation and a deposit. You can pay the deposit by postal order or by deposit.

CHILDREN'S PRICES

On request. We are happy to provide a baby bed and a high chair for your baby free of charge.

SINGLE ROOM SURCHARGE

The single room supplement in the apartments "Deluxe" and "Comfort" on request.

PAYMENT

You can pay your bill in cash. Payment by EC or credit card (MasterCard, VISA) is possible from a total amount of € 150.00. The prices are per apartment and day for 2 persons
incl. breakfast (excl. € 2,80 local tax per person & day), without daily cleaning.
The prices for the apartment "Single" are per apartment and day for 1 person incl. breakfast.
(excl. € 2,80 local tax per person & day), without daily cleaning.

Final cleaning: € 55.00. Daily cleaning is available on request for an extra charge.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Late arrival, early departure or cancellation of the booking will be charged according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations (AGBH).

SKI BUS

The ski bus runs at regular intervals and is free of charge. You can reach the bus stop in 2 minutes on foot.
The entrance to the cross-country ski trail is a 5-minute walk from the Appartements zur Sonne. 80 kilometres of cross-country skiing trails are waiting for you (incl. high-altitude trail).

DRAG LIFT

Next to the house is a drag lift, which can be used for a small fee.

MASSAGES & BEAUTY TREATMENTS

Massages, facials and body treatments can be arranged upon request.

ARRIVAL

On the A13 motorway (Brenner motorway), take the Schönberg exit (after the Europabrücke bridge) and continue on the main road to Neustift. Drive through the main village of Neustift to the district of Milders.
At the "Appartementhaus - Zum Holzknecht" turn right and after approx. 200 metres take the entrance to the "Hotel Milderer Hof". The Appartements zur Sonne are located directly below the hotel "Milderer Hof".

You can also travel by train or by plane.
A pick-up service can be organised for you on request.

CLEANING

Final cleaning: € 55.00. Should you require daily cleaning, this is
possible on request for a surcharge.

If you suffer from allergies and require special food or allergy bedding, please inform us when making your booking. We will gladly try to implement your wishes in this regard within the scope of our possibilities.
